Cynthia Grant, Principal has over twenty-five years in healthcare sales, sales management and national account managed care. Cynthia's career started as a licensed Medical Technologist. She holds a Bachelor or Arts in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco. After an award winning career in sales and sales management Cynthia was recruited to join an executive search firm that focused on the placment of pharmaceutical, biotechnology and managed care professional. While at this firm Cynthia achieved top ten performance results within a network of four hundred and fifty other executive recruiters. Cynthia started GrantProSearch, Executive Recruiting in September 2000 so she could use her extensive network experience and industry knowledge to create an organization whose main focus was adding value for organizations and individuals while maintaining the highest levels of integrity in all interactions. Bruce Olitzky, Manager of Operations has over twenty years experience in Sales Management within numerous Fortune 500 companies. His last position held was as VP Operations for a technology broadcast company. Bruce has worked in the medical, computer, banking and broadcast industries. He has attended the Morgan Consulting Owner/Manager Training. Bruce holds an MBA as well as MS in Psychology.
